Cancellation

To cancel your subscription: 

Please email us specifying your wish to cancel (at least 3 business days before your Renewal Date), along with your User ID, Name and Address and last 4 digits of the card you used for your subscription. For security reasons, please send this cancellation e-mail from the e-mail account you used when subscribing. Once you have canceled, further charges to your account will not be made.  

Please note:  you may cancel at any time, but charges will not be prorated, and your cancellation request will be processed upon receipt.

Cancellation during 72 hour trial period:

To cancel your account during the 72 hour trial period, please email us with the above referenced information.  To avoid any charges to your credit card, please be sure that we receive your email during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M ET, excluding holidays) during the trial period.
