The Washington, DC office seeks to hire one or more associates to join its nationally recognized Consumer Financial Services practice. This practice is a combination of regulatory and administrative law, government enforcement and commercial transactions relating to the consumer financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in consumer-finance related matters. Experience with state and federal regulatory developments in the consumer finance sector required and experience with state mortgage or consumer finance licensing requirements is preferred. In addition, we require outstanding academic credentials, strong legal research experience, excellent oral and written communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest-quality client service.
